Deliverables are the final, required files and documents that the production company must submit to the studio, network, or distributor upon completion of the project. The list of deliverables is typically outlined in a comprehensive legal document (the "Delivery Schedule") and includes technical assets (such as the ProRes master, the textless master, the M&E audio stems, the closed captions, and the subtitles) as well as legal and administrative documents (such as music cue sheets, final scripts, and talent agreements).
The Post-Production Producer reviews the delivery schedule with the team: "We are two weeks away from final delivery to the network. I need the coordinator to finalize the music cue sheets and the final continuity script. The supervisor needs to ensure that the QC (Quality Control) facility has the final ProRes master and the M&E stems by Monday so they have time to generate the QC report before our deadline."
