Philadelphia Stage Rentals

"After purchasing my ticket for Snipes Farm Halloween Drive In Movie theatre in August. My credit card was charged but I never received a ticket for the date of my choosing which was October 11th. After reaching out on their "Contact Us" page 4 times. I was then sent a Drive In Movie Ticket for that exact day which was October 3rd. Which I could not make. I asked for a refund but was told they do not offer refunds which is reasonable. They offered me a credit to use. The level of their unprofessionalism has left a bad taste in my mouth and do not want to attend another event of theirs. Buyer Beware"

"The initial interactions were pretty good and the price reasonable ($500) The day of the wedding the photo-booth fell pretty short of my expectations as I have hired multiple photo-booths in the past. The attendant was not friendly, she pulled me aside the during the reception to go over the 2 colors and text I got to pick for the print out. So I was 1. Annoyed that she/ or the company l didn't ask me to do this earlier 2. She was really bothered when I asked her to change it after a test shot 3. It was a very boring design and at that point I didn't want to waste my time with a rude person when I should be enjoying my wedding. She was very unprofessionally dressed in a t-shirt and shorts that looked like pajamas. We also said that height and distance needed to be adjusted as you had to squat down to be in the camera and barely 2 people would make the photo- she didn't do that either. The photo booth only took 3 photos which I have never seen and the timer was so bad, you thought it took the photo and it took it 10 sec later after you moved... lastly the attendant was supposed to direct guests to put the second copy in a book to sign... didn't happen. She just let them pile up on top of the camera. **8/9/2019 UPDATE I gave my feedback directly to the owner Kyle, and he was very apologetic. I do feel that they try to take pride in their business and I was impressed with their corrective actions (more staff training & stricter dress code) for future events. They refunded the cost without me asking, which was nice."

"I recently rented audio and a stage from them for our benefit concert. From start to finish they guys were responsive and exceeded our expectations. The crew on site had the performers sounding awesome!"

"I recently use them for my daughters sweet sixteen. After signing the contracting giving the deposit I had to constantly chase this company as my daughters event got closer. After finally having someone respond and setting up what music she wanted played and special intro for the night we thought this was going to work out. WE WERE WRONG!!! That night there was suppose to be 2 people one for the photo both and one DJ (WE PAID FOR 2 PEOPLE) only one person showed up. The photo booth kept breaking down and the title on the pictures was a bowling party my daughter had to get them to fix it and her music she requested the dj kept forgetting what it was. I was suppose to get my copy of the photo booth pictures but they are not responding NO CLASS COMPANY. Stay away from this company !!!!!"

"Absolutely terrible. Equipment showed up over an hour late, the dj that did show up had little idea what was going on and one of my guests actually got behind the booth to help him. The second dj? Well, I'm still wondering where he is because he never showed up. They are extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them for any type of event."
