We’re a group of 85 people who love coming up with the coolest ideas to make our customers happy. From the smallest equipment rental to the biggest event production, our values of staying kind, humble, and committed shine through everything we do. A portion of our team works out of our Chicago HQ, a 5,000-square foot warehouse, making sure that our equipment is quality checked and sent out on time. Outside of Chicago, we have partner warehouses, planners, producers, technicians, and our corporate teams stationed across the country to keep our operations moving at lightning speed. Meeting Tomorrow is the leading full service, nationwide AV and event technology partner to Fortune 500 companies, agencies, and associations.
