"I contacted Live Oak to rent out a projector and screen for a corporate event. We got it all set up, and then the boss changed his mind so the rental was canceled. However, I'm still posting a review because the woman I worked with was really great during the set-up and cancellation. She said they wouldn't charge until the day of service and offered free delivery and pick up. Also, when I had to cancel, there was no attitude at all and she still said thank you."
