Century III was established in 1976 as a company dedicated to the highest standards of commercial and corporate productions. In January 1989, with the construction of Universal Studios Florida, Century III was chosen as Universal Studios Florida's exclusive supplier for post production and related services located on-site at Universal Studios Escape. It was the most complete teleproduction facility in the Southeast United States and largest Studio in the state of Florida, offering film and tape production and post-production, animation, graphics, design, visual effects, high definition services, image motion control, satellite and fiber optic feeds, DVD and interactive services. The company closed sometime after 2005.
