About Aduro Studios
Aduro Studios & Film started in 2011 with humble beginnings as an owner/operator service provider and equipment rental service out of our garage. Several years, one shanty, and a warehouse later we landed at our current home in 2018. Being able to custom build the unit to our specifications allowed us to apply over a decade of industry experience into designing a space that facilitates efficient and convenient production while maintaining a high level of crew comfort. Aduro translates in Latin to "kindle, light, burn," representative of our commitment, mission, and passion to the film industry. We aim to kindle the creative fire in filmmakers, light their way by providing comprehensive professional guidance, and set ablaze a burning passion for creating art. We believe it takes a village to create great memories and our goal is to provide meaningful guidance to others. A part of the Texas film industry for over a decade, the Aduro team is proud to be a part of the quickly growing and ever-changing community. This pride in our community keeps us operating at our very best and is the primary reason that Central Texas filmmakers can count on Aduro to field up-to-date grip and lighting equipment and studio facilities.

"un-professionally run studio with minimal communication, owners friends loitering around your studio, miscellaneous charges not agreed upon, and a dirty cyc wall. In addition, they have no gaff capabilities to pre-light their studio prior to your arrival and any promises they make to assist with lighting are not a guarantee. We traveled from LA and our DP confirmed with their team the necessary lighting and set up and instead we were missing lights and harassed for asking for them. Overall unpleasant experience with ownership and management team. Plus! This dirty warehouse is in the middle of nowhere, lots of trash, and the studio area smells dingy and like dirty locker room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER STUDIO"

"Great studio space in an easy location, close to the city, with plenty of parking for crew and equipment vehicles. Ben is easy to work with and communicates well. The convenience of having a full service G&E shop next door is well worth the additional fee if it's something your production needs. Room for HMU, kitchenette, green room, stage, and bathrooms on site were all very clean. Highly recommend you reach out to these folks for your Austin, TX studio space needs."

"Aduro is one of the best studios in Austin, super-responsive, easy to work with, and amazing location with tons of crew parking. There's a stage with cyc wall, kitchen, HMU room, conference room, and a private room looking over the stage that was perfect for zoom calls. There's also a full G&E shop which is incredibly convenient. Have shot here on multiple occasions and can't say enough good things about the team and studio space."
